Strength, speed, and recovery built inside your club — programmed by the performance coaches and doctors of physical therapy at One Nine Sports Medicine.
All in the building where they already play
Most youth training is a generic workout handed to whoever shows up. Ours starts with data and is built by clinicians.
Every athlete is assessed before they're programmed — jump, landing mechanics, strength balance, mobility. We reassess so you can see what changed.
Injury prevention designed by the doctors of physical therapy who treat these injuries: ACL, jumper's knee, shoulders, ankles.
An athlete learning to land isn't a varsity hitter managing shoulder volume. Programming reflects the difference.
Programs follow your athlete to the weight room, the hotel, the off-season. Tournament weekends aren't lost time.
Indoor and beach athletes both train here. What changes is experience level, not the sport.
Fixed class times. Small groups. Foundations that hold up.
Assessed first. Programmed individually. Coached in groups of about six.
Two tools, used properly, after the sessions that matter most.
Compression recovery for legs after hard practices and long tournament days. Reserve a station and use it before you leave the building.
Percussion therapy for targeted soft-tissue work — shoulders, quads, calves — before training and after competition.
Need more than recovery? Wave athletes get a free consultation at any One Nine Sports Medicine location. Physical therapy is provided at One Nine's clinics, not at Wave.
No drop-ins. Every membership starts with a three-month commitment, because that's how long real change takes.
Founding member pricing for families who sign up at tryouts. One time only.

Every membership starts with a required three-month term, because that's roughly how long it takes to see real physical change. You're responsible for all three months. If you cancel during the term, the remaining months are still charged. After three months, your membership continues month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice — no further payment, and no refund of what's already been paid.
Wave Strength is a training and recovery facility — physical therapy is not provided at Wave. What Wave athletes get is a free consultation at any One Nine Sports Medicine location, with doctors of physical therapy who work with volleyball athletes every day. If treatment is needed, it happens at One Nine's clinics, and we coordinate the return to training when your athlete is ready.
Normatec compression boots and Hyperice percussion tools. Both are available to members with a recovery membership or add-on, and sessions are reserved in advance so a station is always open when you arrive.
Yes — cancel up to 24 hours before the class starts through your member portal and it doesn't count against you. Inside 24 hours, the session is forfeited.
You can freeze your membership. A freeze extends your term end date by the length of the pause, so you don't lose time you paid for.
Yes. Beach athletes carry much higher serve and swing volume across two players, plus a lot of unstable-surface work. Programming reflects that, and we run testing events that produce measurables for college recruiting.

Your membership begins with a required three-month term. Cancel during the term and remaining months are still charged. After the term, membership continues month to month, cancellable with 30 days' notice.
